Albania to use VIP plane from Turkey's fleet

The Albanian government will use a plane from Turkey's VIP fleet. Registered as ANA ("mother" in Turkish), the Airbus A319 was purchased from the Italian Air Force in 2005 and joined Turkey's CIP fleet.

A plane from Turkey's VIP fleet will be used by the Albanian government, the news website Airport Haber reported on Feb. 14.

Upon purchase, the cabin of the plane was refurbished for VIP use.

The aircraft was sent to Vienna for a new coat of paint.
