Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has questioned President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's mental wellbeing once again.

"You keep repeating the same things these days. Are you OK?" Kılıçdaroğlu asked Erdoğan on Oct. 9.

The main opposition chair's remarks came after Erdoğan accused the CHP of being ineffective in all matters, while also repeating his remarks on Kılıçdaroğlu being responsible for causing the Social Insurance Institution (SSK) to go bankrupt when he was its chair.

The bankruptcy of the SSK in the 1990s is a common theme in Erdoğan's speeches when he wants to slam Kılıçdaroğlu, whom he calls "Mr. Kemal."

Kılıçdaroğlu on Oct. 9 drew attention to the fact that Erdoğan keeps repeating the same accusations, prompting him to question the president's mental wellbeing.

Earlier, the CHP leader has called for Erdoğan to obtain a health certificate after the president slammed Kılıçdaroğlu over a proposal he didn't make.

Erdoğan on Oct. 6 slammed Kılıçdaroğlu for supposedly proposing to change the first four articles of the constitution, when in fact the proposal was made by one of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) members.

"Does the CHP want to change the first four articles of the constitution or is this Kılıçdaroğlu's wish?" Erdoğan asked on Oct. 6, prompting surprise since the proposal was made by Presidential High Advisory Board (YİK) member İsmail Kahraman to make the charter a religious one.

Kılıçdaroğlu then slammed Erdoğan for mistaking Kahraman for himself.

"Asking for a health certificate has become a national security matter. Erdoğan should obtain a health certificate from an independent organization urgently!" the CHP leader said on Twitter on Oct. 6.
