Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shared his daily schedule on Telegram in a message including morning greetings to his followers on Jan. 14.

"Good morning, my dear brothers and sisters," Erdoğan said at 9 a.m. on Telegram, which he joined as a response to concerns about Whatsapp's privacy terms and conditions.

The president will be at the ruling Justice and Development Party's (AKP) headquarters, he said, adding that he will be attending two board meetings during the day.

"We will continue to work nonstop for our country. I am hoping the new day will be good and peaceful for all of us," Erdoğan added.

A recent update to Whatsapp's terms and conditions will allow the company to share even more of users' private information with their parent company Facebook, which is infamous for its reluctance to protect user data.
