Rescue efforts continue on fourth day of major quakes in Turkey

The rescue efforts have been still ongoing on the fourth day of two major earthquakes that shook Turkey's southeastern provinces. As of Feb. 9 evening, the death toll from devastating earthquakes has risen to 16,546, at least 66,132 people were injured
