Turkey ranks 25th in world in number of dollar millionaires

London-based real estate company Knight Frank reported that Turkey has ranked 25th in the world in the number of dollar millionaires. Meanwhile, 6,138 people had a wealth of over 10 million dollars in the country.

Turkey ranked 25th in the world in the number of dollar millionaires, London-based real estate giant Knight Frank reported in its “The Wealth Report 2025.”

While Sweden ranked 24th just above Turkey, Philippines and New Zealand ranked 26th and 27th just below, according to reporting from Turkish economic news outlet Ekonomim.

Meanwhile, 6,138 people had a wealth of over 10 million dollars in the country.

According to the report, the most dollar millionaires live in the United States with 905,413 people, followed by China with 471,634 people. 

The number of people in the world with a wealth of over 10 million dollars increased by 41 thousand people in the last year to 2.3 million. 

It is expected to exceed 2.5 million people in 2028.

The number of people with a wealth of over 100 million dollars exceeded the 100,000 threshold.
