Turkish police raided multiple private residences in a multi-provincial operation on May 25 where dozens of homegrown cannabis plants were confiscated. The raid comes shortly after claims by organized crime leader Sedat Peker that Ankara was in fact an accomplice in mass international cocaine trade.
