Mühdan Sağlam is a PhD candidate at Ankara University Department of International Relations. She is the author of Gazprom’s Russia (2014, Siyasal Kitabevi) and has published many articles on energy and political economy. Due to her signing of the ‘Academics for Peace’ petition, Sağlam was expelled from the university with the Decree 686 dated 7 February 2017.
