Third Turkish Airlines pilot dies from COVID-19
A third Turkish Airlines pilot died from coronavirus April 15. Serdar Gündoğdu had been awaiting a transplant for treatment at the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital.

Turkish Airlines pilot Serdar Gündoğdu died from the coronavirus in Istanbul April 15, the third of the company's pilots to pass away from the disease.
Captain pilot Gündoğdu had been receiving treatment in the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital for COVID-19.
Gündoğdu was expecting a transplant for his treatment.
Air-Labor Union (Hava-Is) Director Ali Kemal Tatlıbal tweeted his condolences and good wishes to Gündoğdu's family.

Turkish Airlines pilots Mehmet Ali Kılıç and Mustafa Türkon also died from the novel disease.
