Southeast Turkey district assigns teachers to inspect parks, ensure social distancing

The Lice district of the southeastern province of Diyarbakır assigned 22 teachers to "inspect parks and warn individuals" who break COVID-19 prevention measures, Mesopotamia Agency reported.
The Lice Education Directorate applied for the district governor to approve the assignment of 22 teachers, six of whom are women, for the inspection of local parks.
The teachers will be inspecting parks for 10 days.
