Turkish presidential spokesperson, Interior Minister test positive for COVID-19
Turkish Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın and Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said on Oct. 31 that they tested positive for COVID-19. While Kalın said he reached the final stages of treatment, Soylu said he and his family were referred to a hospital for further treatment.

Turkish Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın and Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said on Oct. 31 that they tested positive for COVID-19.
Kalın said that he reached the final stages of treatment and had mild symptoms of the virus.

Earlier on the same day, Soylu said that he and his family also tested positive.
"The tests that I, my wife and my daughter underwent after not feeling well on Monday turned out to be positive," Soylu said, adding that they were referred to a hospital on Oct. 30 after receiving treatment at home.
"We are feeling a bit better," he said.

Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said that Soylu "will rest for a while."
