The actor had to wait for a cab for about 20 minutes and took the time to take photos with fans.

After finally finding a car, the actor took the wheel and drove a taxi around the city.

"It's so sad that such a magnificent city with so many tourists has a problem with taxis," the actor said. 

The metropolis has been struggling with taxi regulations in recent weeks as a motion by Istanbul Municipality to buy extra cabs was shut down yet again by the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP).
