The number of demolished buildings has been yet recorded as 6,444.
103,800 people are on duty in quake-striken provinces to help rescue efforts, Vice President Fuat Oktay said.
Selma Hasar (40) has been rescued from under the rubble in Hatay province 80 hours after the initial quake.
5-year-old Hazal Güner has been rescued 72 hours after the quake in Hatay province.
After being rescued, Güner was asked whether she wants water. "No, I haven't been checked (medically) yet," she replied.
A family of three, Ali (55), Zelal (40) and Mir Berzan Bağış (5), has been rescued 73 hours after the quake in the southeastern province of Maraş's Onikişubat district.
