Stork reunites with Turkish man for 13th consecutive year
The stork, whose friendship story with Turkish fisherman Adem Yılmaz was made into a film, came to the Karacabey district of Bursa province and they reunited for the 13th time.

The stork, renowned for its heartwarming bond with fisherman Adem Yılmaz in Turkey's western Bursa province, has returned from migration and reunited with the fisherman for the 13th consecutive year.
Wildlife photographer Alper Tüydeş has once again captured the photographs of the stork named "Yaren" perched on the boat of fisherman Yılmaz in Leylek (Stork) Village in Bursa's Karacabey district.
The story of the fisherman who befriended Yaren the stork, which perched on his boat while he was fishing on Uluabat Lake 13 years ago, gained international fame after photographer Tüydeş shared their story.
Karacabey District Municipality also installed cameras near Yaren the stroke's nest and livestream its stay in the district during spring.
