The president, alongside government officials, visited Anıtkabir, the resting place of the republic's founder Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
The 10 ambassadors that the president got in a brawl with over their call for the release of imprisoned philanthropist Osman Kavala were reportedly not invited to the official ceremony at the Presidential Palace.
The president had gotten in a brawl with the ambassadors whom he accused of interfering in domestic affairs, and asked that they be declared "persona non grata."
