Some 630 addresses were raided by police, with arrest warrants out for 574 suspects, although the number of detentions was not made public.
The police operation comes shortly after organized crime leader Sedat Peker made claims that the Turkish government was informed of and accomplice to mass international cocaine trade.
Meanwhile, Turkish police employed 1,213 squads, 3,644 officers and 113 narcotic dogs for the homegrown cannabis operation.
Peker recently claimed that former Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım's son had traveled to Venezuela to establish a new cocaine route to Turkey.
