Mayor İmamoğlu to answer hotline call

Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu will be answering a call on the ALO 153 Beyaz Masa (Hello 153 White Desk) urban hotline where residents can report issues they have in the city.

İmamoğlu will head to the phone after presenting staffers with professional sufficiency certificates from a professional training they finished in first place.

Following a three-month training and a two-part exam, 376 citizen representatives and 34 team leaders have earned the internationally accredited certificate.

The training was aimed at increasing worker motivation, institutional attachment and professional commitment.
