Serbian actor Darko Peric, the star of Netflix's hit series La Casa de Papel (Money Heist), said that if he hadn't chosen the code name of "Helsinki" in the show, he would choose Istanbul.

In the Spanish series, every character has the name of a city as their code names.

The video of Peric saying he would choose Istanbul if he hadn't chosen Helsinki was shared by thousands of Turkish Twitter users, including Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

"Helsinki is right," İmamoğlu said.
