A cafe worker has saved a little girl choking on food with a Heimlich maneuver in the capital Ankara's Kahramankazan district.
The cafe's security footage shows the 2-year-old child choking and her mother calling for those nearby for help.
Cafe workers are then seen rushing to help the child, with Zeynel Camcı performing the Heimlich maneuver to save the child.
Upon seeing that the girl started breathing again, cafe workers and customers were seen celebrating.
The child's mother, who asked not to be named, told state-run Anadolu Agency that she is thankful for the cafe employees for saving her daughter.
Camcı said that he is actually a physical education teacher and that this is the first time he performed the Heimlich maneuver.
Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca thanked Camcı on Twitter.

Bugün, bir kız çocuğu, soluk borusuna yemek kaçınca tehlikeli anlar yaşadı. Onu, oturdukları kafede görevli gencin ilk yardım bilgisi kurtardı. Nefes yolunu, Heimlich Manevrası dediğimiz yöntemle açtı. Sağ ol arkadaşım! Geçmiş olsun küçük kız! pic.twitter.com/n8DEz5RkNZ
