Wildlife in Turkey's eastern province of Bingöl has been monitored with the help of camera traps set up across the wilderness. The cameras also serve the purpose of preventing illegal poachers.

Camera traps set up in various regions of the eastern province of Bingöl have taken images of wild animals.
Researchers of the Nature Conservation and National Parks Bingöl Branch Office have been working on biological diversity monitoring and biological smuggling prevention of wild animals, Anadolu Agency reported.
As part of the fight against poaching, teams have been placing camera traps in various areas.
These camera traps have been photographing bears, wolves, mountain goats, lynxes, foxes and rabbits in their natural habitats.
